Cancellation and Refund Policy
Before work begins
If you need to cancel, email info@resumewriter.co.in as soon as possible and include your order reference. We will confirm whether work has started and whether any amount is refundable. Where no work or reserved resource has been committed, we will review the request fairly and in line with the invoice terms and applicable law.
After work has started
Once research, consultation, writing, editing or project scheduling has started, the service becomes personalised work that cannot be returned like a physical product. Fees already earned for completed or committed work are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law and any written terms agreed for the specific order.
Revisions and quality concerns
If a revision period or revision rounds are included, the precise scope and deadline are stated in the order confirmation or invoice. Revisions are intended to refine the agreed brief using accurate feedback. They do not include a new target direction, undisclosed experience, replacement project, major scope change or work requested after the stated period, unless separately agreed.
Refund review
If you believe a delivered service materially does not match the written scope, contact us promptly with the order reference and a clear explanation. We will review the work, the agreed brief and the relevant communications, and may offer a correction, further revision, partial credit or another appropriate resolution where justified.
Payment disputes
Please contact us first so we can resolve delivery, access or scope concerns quickly. Raising a payment dispute does not remove your obligation to provide accurate information or prevent us from responding with the relevant order records. Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
